OUT AND ABOUT from Q-BITS


I have made pineapple-block projects in the past.  In the beginning I was apprehensive about maintaining accuracy; but decided paper piecing was the way to go.  That makes it super easy, accurate, and fun to do.  It also involves using scraps only 1.25" wide.


THE STATS:  Out and About, 2023, 33" x 33", Paper pieced, Machine pieced, Machine quilted.

SCALLOPED PINEAPPLE from Q-BITS



Sometimes I just want to make a small quilt with a traditional pattern that to me is always fun to make.  A pineapple block is one of those blocks.  I think this is my third quilt project using it -- this time in the format of a table runner. 

The Stats:  "Scalloped Pineapple", 2021, 18" x 36", Paper pieced, Machine quilted.
